Privacy Policy

Updated October 24, 2026

This policy describes how JackDUI handles information through jackdui.com. JackDUI is the website of attorney Jack Ter-Saakyan, 144 N Glendale Ave, Suite 200, Glendale, CA 91206.

Information you choose to provide

The consultation forms require your name and phone number. Email and a brief message are optional where offered. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss possible representation. Please do not send confidential documents, identification numbers, medical records, or detailed case information through the website.

Consultations and client information

Sending a form or email does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not extend a court or DMV deadline. Information about an established representation may be handled under separate engagement terms and applicable professional obligations.

Website operations and cookies

Our hosting, security, and website services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security events to operate and protect the site. WordPress uses cookies for functions such as signed-in administrator sessions. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect functionality.

The current website does not offer public account registration or blog comments. A separate review form accepts a display name, rating, and comment for moderation. Approved review content may be published on the site; do not include private case information or another person’s personal details.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, device and browser information, completed consultation submissions, and clicks on the phone link. Form answers are not sent to Analytics, and query strings are removed from reported page addresses. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site tag. The Google tag is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics.”

Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it. The site respects browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by leaving optional analytics off. Event and user data retention in this Analytics property is set to 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained differently. Read Google’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

Links to other websites

This site links to outside resources, including government and court websites. If you follow a link, the other website handles your visit under its own privacy practices. Review its policy before providing information there.

Who can receive information

Consultation requests are available to authorized website administrators and are emailed to the attorney and the website manager designated by the firm for handling inquiries. Hosting, website maintenance, security, and email service providers may process information as needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.

How long information is retained

Copies of consultation submissions in the website database are kept until manually deleted. Notification emails, service-provider logs, and backup copies may have separate retention periods. Deleting a website entry does not automatically delete those other copies. Records may also need to be retained for legal, professional, or security reasons.

Privacy questions and requests

To ask about information submitted through the website, request a correction, or request deletion, email jack@jackdui.com or call (213) 255-5292. We may need to verify a request before acting. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the information involved.

For general information about California privacy rights, see the California Attorney General's privacy guidance.

We use website access controls and security services, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. Please contact the office to arrange an appropriate way to share sensitive information.

We may update this policy as website features or practices change. The updated version will show its revision date.
